applying a jointing system, fitting relevant beads onto external edges, applying a leveling compound onto jointed surfaces to ensure minimal sidelight, applying an acrylic primer, and applying a trowel on texture coating tinted to the client's specifications

Two coat render system onto painted brick or block work

A key coat is applied, then a render coating is applied onto this, either a sand cement render or a polymer bag render.

Various finishes can be achieved, pictured is one recently done in a finish called Nouveau Adobe 

Flat sand finish render is also achieved in this method of application

Notched render

We apply commonly  found render coatings in such a way that when painted with the appropriate paint, they look identical to a V-groove lining sheeting 

$140-$160p.m depending on height.

We recently completed a 15-floor high-rise called Emerson at Kirra Point on the Gold Coast using this method

Our Concise Creations team are solid plasterers, not just renderers! We have years of experience running moulds and using oxides to achieve various looks, as well as repairing or updating historical buildings

In this case, using multiple coats of varied measured oxide

I colour matched the oxides in the cement and acrylic glue mix to the hues in the granites he used on the bordering stone work 

From memory, I presented over twelve samples, all matching various granites!
